I'm Karli. I'm a native Michigander who loves to dabble in all things artistic, whether that's illustration or graphic design, but my greatest passion will ALWAYS be capturing portraits. I've been obsessed with cameras since I was a little kid, and I want to help you hold onto those your-heart-is-so-full-of-love-it-just-might-explode moments. 

Let me be straight up: getting to photograph a real life love story every weekend is the best. I'm the kind of wedding photographer who tears up during your vows, pulls the extra bobby pins out of my hair to lend you when your veil is falling out, and geeks out excitedly after every shot because you guys look amazing together. This is my job because I love love. 

Every couple's relationship is unique, that's what makes it so incredibly magic and beautiful. Let's become friends, and you can tell me all about yours!

A Canon R6, 5D Mark IV, along with a bunch of prime lenses. My favorite being my 35mm!



Yes! I love a good adventure. While I mainly shoot weddings in Michigan, I'm available to travel anywhere. 



Weddings are typically booked 8-16 months in advance, portrait sessions 3-12 months.
Don't wait until last minute! My dates fill up crazy fast. 

 

For regular portrait sessions, we'll reschedule. For weddings, I always bring enough clear umbrellas with me for the entire wedding party, and we'll make sure we have a solid backup plan in place. There's always fun rainbow or lightning shots too!



Whether you need venue or vendor recommendations, help creating your timeline, outfit ideas, location guidance, or just want to talk all things wedding, I'm your gal. I've been doing this for a decade and I have tons of experience you can tap into.



I individually hand-edit all of my images, I'm kiiiind of a control freak that way. You deserve more than some quick presets slapped on. I take my time to bring out your colors, your mood, your vibes. I also digitally remove blemishes, funky hairs, and anything distracting. Wedding galleries are typically completed in 8-12 weeks, and all other portrait galleries in 3-6 weeks.
